Pokémon TCG collectors live with ten retailer tabs open, refreshing for restocks and comparing prices by hand. PokeTracker puts every store's products on one screen — what's in stock, where, and for how much.
The build
A scraper fleet watches the retailers; Supabase holds the product catalogue and stock history; the webapp turns it into something collectors actually enjoy checking — search, availability at a glance, and the drop you've been waiting for surfaced instead of buried.
Where it's going
Restock alerts, price history, and widening the store coverage — the moat is being the one place that's never missing the store you care about.
